GENERAL ACCOUNTANT



Key Responsibilities
  • * Prepare reconciliations: bank and inter-company
  • * Liase with external auditors and BIR examiners
  • * Schedule and Analyze TB accounts
  • * Ensure compliance with all government requirements and remittances

Key Skills and Competencies
  • * Strong knowledge on Financial reports and Accounting System
  • * Three (3) years work experience

General Qualifications
Male/Female; not more than 30 years old; a Certified Public Accountant; average communication skills (written and verbal); adept in computer office financial applications; exposure in logistics business is an advantage; with strong initiative and proactive attitude; organized, a team player and results-oriented individual.




ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT


Key Responsibilities
  • * Maintain and manage general ledger accounting functions.
  • * Write, maintain and manage records of day-to-day transactions.
  • * Assist in preparing budgets, periodic financial statements and records.
  • * Assist in managing office expenditure within the expenditure budget limits.
  • * Maintain and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • * Verify customer balances and rectify discrepancies in accounts receivable books.
  • * Verify bank deposits and bank payments and reconcile with bank records and statements.
  • * Coordinate with accounts receivable team in collecting payments from customers.
  • * Verify vendor bills and advise or make vendor payments.

Key Skills and Competencies
  • * Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles.
  • * Knowledge of basic business math.
  • * Skill in maintaining accounting or bookkeeping records

General Qualifications
Male/Female; not more than 30 years old; Accounting course graduate; average communication skills (written and verbal); adept in computer office applications; experience in any accounting office work is a must, exposure in logistics business is an advantage; organized, a team player and results-oriented individual.




CADET ENGINEER


Industrial Engineers Design, optimize, and manage the process of distribution and the way services are delivered

  • * Identify schedules for equipment use or routine maintenance
  • * Recommend equipment upgrades or purchases
  • * Prepare reports regarding inventories of raw materials or finished products
  • * Develop or conduct quality control tests to make sure consistent production quality
  • * Compile operational data to develop cost or time estimates, schedules, or specifications
  • * Collect as well as analyze data related to quality or industrial health safety programs
  • * Analyze operational, production, economic, or other data, using statistical procedures
  • * Conduct time motion studies to identify opportunities to improve worker efficiency
  • * Design plant or production facility layouts
  • * Develop or implement programs to address problems related to production, materials, safety, or quality
  • * Analyze, estimate, or report production costs



Ensure that high-quality products and services are delivered in a cost-effective manner
  • * Plan the flow of work or materials to maximize efficiency
  • * Monitor control inventory
  • * Analyze material flows or supply chains to identify opportunities to improve efficiency conserve energy
  • * Conduct statistical studies to analyze or compare production costs for sustainable non-sustainable designs
  • * Develop computerized diagnostic tools to integrate measurements in real time reduce production downtime
